What is your hardest thing?
What is the thing that you really want to do and that you know is good for you, that you procrastinate about until you are either forced to do it, or you opt out, telling yourself it wasn’t important anyway?
Whatever it is for you, do that thing first. Make a pact that tomorrow you’re going to not put it off, but instead you’re going to attack it with gusto.
Build this habit and you will build your belief in your inner word, and start to make the impossible, possible.
